Microsoft flow needs to enabled in d365 FO

Dear All,

customer  has custom RFQ workflow which needs to be enabled though business event

 I have created the  power automate in UAT and enabled the Business event  which is not triggered.

it is working Apps UI. Email is not raining to user.

Mobile RFQ workflow needs to be enabled. Please help on this.

it would be greatly appreciated if you could help me

    Hi partner,

    You could create a Power Automate flow to listens to the business event, and then you could send email.

    Please follow the document to learn about how to hook into business event using Power Automate:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../how-to-flow

    And you could find many blogs about send emails with Power Automate on the Internet.
