    hey Jeff.

perhaps "installing" is not the best word to describe it as PowerApps & CDS are Online features.  You should start by going to admin.microsoft.com. If you're an administrator, you should be able to see your Online licenses/Plans.

From there, you should be able to go to admin.powerplatform.com to provision CDS instances and then go to make.powerapps.com to create Powerapps.  IN order to allow your users to use this functionalities (Online), you need to assign the PowerApps/powerAutomate license to those uses you're interested they use the tool.  YOu can read more on docs.microsoft.com/.../assign-licenses-to-users

For the rest of the services (Office/Teams), you can use their online version by simply going to https://www.office.com/ and logging in.  If you want to use the Desktop version (for example for MS Teams) you can use the guidance provided on docs.microsoft.com/.../get-clients

I can't login to my Microsoft Business account? What can I do and who can I call?

    Hey Jeff.

    1. Are you able to login to www.office.com with any account or with your Business Account?

    2. Do you get an error? This is important as this might help identify if this is related to license, password, etc.

    Hey Jeff.

Official documentation:  support.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-account-reset-or-recover-password.  Basically,  you need to fill a form with alternate contact details.

You can also try to get phone support. You have information on docs.microsoft.com/.../contact-support-for-business-products.  Basically, you have certain phone numbers in USA, Australia, Canada & UK.

    Best regards,
