Reset Password on Portal does not work!

Hi! 

I am working with Dynamics 365 portal, and Reset Password functionality doesn't seem to work. When I enter contact's email, portal prompts me, that I should check my email to reset password. I didn't receive any email, even though portal didn't show any error. 

Workflow Send Password Reset To Contact didn't trigger either. Workflow configuration seems standard, we weren't changing it. 

The contact that I am trying to change password for doesn't have any duplicates. 

Any suggestions what could the problem be?

    is the e-mail record being created?

    is the action activated?

    No, action isn't activated, nor email record being created.

    if the action is not activated it won't work

    can you please activate the action and give it another try?

    Sorry, what I meant was that Action is activated, but wasn't triggered when I sent reset password request.

    hi, I just tried in a fresh new trial environment and it worked fine

    are you using the OOB e-mail address field ?
