Hi!
I am working with Dynamics 365 portal, and Reset Password functionality doesn't seem to work. When I enter contact's email, portal prompts me, that I should check my email to reset password. I didn't receive any email, even though portal didn't show any error.
Workflow Send Password Reset To Contact didn't trigger either. Workflow configuration seems standard, we weren't changing it.
The contact that I am trying to change password for doesn't have any duplicates.
Any suggestions what could the problem be?
