Many of our customers that have applied this update have had issues with their go-to menus disappearing and issues with pull down menus.

Its actually not that KB - one of our affected customers uninstalled that KB and no change. So it was the latest Windows 10 update. Still trying to figure out exactly what to do...
I want to add that this was with GP2015 and GP2018 and with users that use GP via terminal services either on prem or Azure.
