Has anyone got any up to date information on what the results of enabling the Planning Warning toggle in Manufacturing Setup are in 365BC?

I have the following note for myself.
The Planning Warning flag is designed to highlight sales order alterations which cannot be met by the production lead time, i.e. the manufacturing lead time is greater than the order date to promised delivery date when there is insufficient stock. Or any other subsequent changes that affect the sales order - production order relationship.
For example if in SO you promise 10 of one item and you only have 5 in inventory then CS team will see below bar on top of the page that warns them about insufficient stock. The main area of impact is in SO and for CS to get quick info about inventory/MFG/SO relationship regarding inventory availabilities etc.
