Microsoft Dynamics Word template exportation converts images to square

Hello,
We are starting to use Microsoft Dynamics to manage our company’s customer database.
We are printing membership cards from an entity in Dynamics which have entries that are membership cards, with several fields like Name, Birthdate, and photo of their face.

To do this, we have created a Word template, following this link:

The problem is, when we download the word file with the information and photo of a customer, the photo is always converted to square.

We have tried playing with the image size/scale parameters, in the document that is uploaded as a template, but it still happens, no matter what we do.

We´d like that the image shown has the size of an identity photo, but not a square photo.

Please, can anybody give me some advice about this? I would really appreciate your help.
