    Hi maorlv,

One of the features of the Outlook Client is that it automatically syncs all the CRM contacts that user owns and creates contacts in Outlook.

If you want to disable sync contacts to outlook, you can refer following steps.

1.One way is to disable synchronization of Contacts

Go Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email.

2.If you don’t want to disable synchronization of Contacts without disabling synchronization of Appointments and Tasks at the same time.

Go Settings > Administration > System Settings > Synchronization tab.

Click system filter link to open one dialog.

Now, you will not only see Outlook Filters for contacts, you will also see one for each activity type.

You can select it to modify her filter rule or deactive or delete it.
