Good dear.

I have a problem when making a schedule through Activities (appointments). It happens that when I indicate that the meeting will be by teams, it does not generate any link to meet, if I schedule the appointment in my calendar but the link of the meeting does not appear.

Can you help me what to do.

Thank you very much.

    Hi Jhontan,

    It's so strange.

Maybe you can check the following:

1.Check if you can see the TEAMS in app launcher:

2.Try to turn off and turn on the setting again

3.Make other users(with administrator role) to test it.

4.Try to clear browser cache or use browser privacy mode or change other browsers.

If it still doesn't work, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

Hello, thank you very much for your answer.

I continue with the problem, previously you had already done step 1. Enable the integration of Teams meetings in Dynamics 365

pastedimage1668695128328v1.png Regarding question 2. I have a Microsoft E3 license and I understand that they have Dynamics + Teams, since I can do team meetings from my Outlook without problem. With point

    3. The problem is that it generates the appointment, sends it and schedules it in my Outlook calendar but when I see the message it never generates the LINK/URL for the team meeting, if it appears team meetings but there is no hyperlink that allows me to link it by clicking on it, nor does the equipment text appear in the body of the message.

    Hi Jhontan,

1.Have you enabled Teams meeting integration in dynamics 365?

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/teams-integration/enable-teams-meeting-integration#enable-teams-meeting-integration

--In the Sales Hub app, on the lower-left corner of the screen, select Change area > App Settings.

--From the site map, select Teams Meetings (preview).

--Turn on Show Dynamics 365 data in Teams meetings (preview).

    pastedimage1668667976536v1.png

2.Do you have licences that meets the following conditions?

    pastedimage1668669125012v2.png

3.Creating one new appointment and Turn on Teams meeting.

    pastedimage1668669488867v3.png

Then you can perform one of the following actions to join a Teams meeting from Dynamics 365

    • On the command bar at the top, select Join Teams Meeting.
    • In the Teams meeting field, select Join Teams Meeting.
    • Go to the Description area, hold the Ctrl key, and select Click here to join the meeting.
