Full CIL generation error

Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds.

This error is coming in one of my classes

When im explicitly compiling this class no such error is shown.

However, on full CIL generation an info box occurs that new assembly cannot be created and this issue is being shown. Although all the services are activated in that info message.

Kindly help

    I followed all the steps which are mentioned by you

    when i generated incremental it showed a dialog box which said a full cil generation is required
