I deleted the note from the form during customization. I no longer see the note field within the filed explorer. how do I add a note section to the form?

There are two locations for document storage. If you have sharepoint you would use your sharepoint library to update this way. The second if you don't you would attach a file to a related note. That's how the documents are stored on an entity inside of crm.
