Invitation of a collegue to Dynamics 365 Marketing Trial

Hello,

i have added a D365 Marketing trial to our environment. Now i want let my collegue take part of the evaluation and want him to join the marketing tool.

I got an invatition link with an ip address of 10.0.15.10. This ip address is a private ip address and is not accessible.

How can i add additional users to the marketing trial ? And the 2nd question is, how can i extend the testing period if needed ?

    Hello Novia,

    I faced the same issue yesterday and noticed the same 10.0..... address which is an Intranet address.  The URL looked like 10.0.15.8/.../ApproveJoin.aspx

    I looked up some earlier emails and noticed the URL begun with port.crm4.dynamics.com/.../ApproveJoin.aspx

    I replaced the 10.0.15.8 with port.crm4.dynamics.com and it worked.

    Hope this helps.

    MS, someone has to look into this and rectify it at the earliest.

    Novia,

    For extending the trial period, I had got in touch with support via the admin portal (ie raised a ticket) and they were happy to extend it for an additional 30 days. The only question they asked was if I had requested an extension earlier.
