FormControlEventHandler method static or not

Hi
All copied FormControlEventHandlers from events are static. LCS upgrade process generates these handlers not static. Is this new? Not bether to use it like this as you can access the referencies without extra code?

    Yes, using non-static event handlers has these benefits.

    You can simply delete the static keyword from the template you get in clipboard.
