Automatically update Exchance Rates

Is there a solution out there that allows exchange rates to be autmatically updated on a scheduled basis? I don;t need _base values updating for the records, just the exchange rates. This is required for Dynamics Online and therefore unable to create a console app.

Not aware of such a solution, but, to your point, you might have a look at the Azure Functions to replace those console apps (in particular, you might use an http trigger or a timer trigger):

If you have an API which can provide you the exchange rates, you can develop a custom workflow which gets the exchange rates. Configure the workflow to run daily.
