We have Customer Voice integration enabled for our Dynamics 365 Marketing. When I send marketing email with a survey button, the email is received without the button (neither if we open the email in web-browser or email client).
It doesn't matter if I send directly the email or if I use a customer journey to send it, the email is received without the button.
With the sending by a customer journey, the Survey is well added in email elements on our Journey.
The button appears when it's linked to an URL but not appears when it's linked to a survey.
Could you help to figure it out please?
Hi Guillaume,
In addition to linking the button to the survey in the email. You also have to add it under Email elements in the customer journey.
If not linked, either the button won't be shown or may not lead you to the correct page.

Hi Haig Liu,
Yes, I tried also to send en email for real for internal users but it's the same: the button doesn't appears.
I also tried to send email with 2 buttons (one with URL button and one with survey button) and only the URL button apperas in Outlook.
I have exactly done what it's explain in the process from the blog who sent (add the survey in email elements on the Journey) but it's still not working :-/
Do you have another idea to help me please ?
Best regards,
Guillaume Person
Hi Guillaume.person,
Have you ever tried sending an email for real? I mean the test send will not show the survey button.
Or maybe it has something to do with you not adding the same survey to customer journey: https://blog.citrus-lime.com/crmc/dynamics-365-marketing-customer-voice-survey-not-appearing-in-emails/
