Dynamics SL 2011 Client Issues

Hello-

We recently completed an upgrade of our SL 2007 system to 2011. Upon completion of that we are seeing some very strange behaviors on our client machines. The issue is

- when user starts an SL import if they have any other apps/windows open (eg browser or MS Office product) those windows begin to continually refresh themselves and it appears that the import is trying to constantly return the focus back to the SL client

For example a browser window that is open when the import starts redirects to its home page and begins constantly refreshing itself.
