Sales Order "disappearing"

Hi there,

I have a customer invoice that is linked to a sales order. When I click on that sales order, it is blank, like it doesn't exist.

I don't have the "delete sales orders" batch running.

Any ideas as to why it isn't there anymore?

Could it be that they did a credit note for all the lines and the "delete lines" was on? so it removes the whole order?

    Hello Shaun,

    Delete order line parameter in the credit note screen would delete the original line, but the SO header will not be deleted by this operation.

    I did some tests and I was able to delete the SO even when it was fully invoiced.

    If you want to disallow deletion of SO's after it has been posted, you may consider setting the AR parameters >> Safety level of invoiced order to Locked
