Discount percent automatic lose when change Financial Dimension in sales order

Hi everybody,

I use AX 2012 when update dimension in Header View , discount percent automatic lose although I choice to keep all value when dialog showing . Pls give me advise and how to solve this problem.

Hi Rainy,

In a standard A X 2012 R3 with CU9 environment I don't have this issue. It can be related to settings or a bug in your version. Can you provide some more information?

- Are you using trade agreements and how are these setup for this item?

- Do you have customizations or add-ons installed?

- Which exact version of AX2012 are you using?

Hi Calavon,

I use AX 2012 R2 with CU8.

I have only customization for show dialog with select Keep all, value default is Update all.

Pls give me advise.

I already thought you had some something with the dialog as there was a small difference. How did you setup the trade agreements?

I set up trade agreement as images below.

And specially I have customize dialog in class SalesTable2LineUpdatePrompt with dialog method updatePriceDiscDialogField.enabled(true);

Hi Rainy,

Can you review the customization for some unexpected behavior? It might update some flags for manual price override incorrectly. Did you try to reproduce this same behavior in a vanilla version of AX?
