I want to have the PDF report of customer journey insights and email insight etc, Can we get the insights in PDF file format ?

You could potentially look at two other options firstly have you tried the basic dashboard?
you could also create a custom report of the insights or potentially a custom view and export that to excel I think Power Bi might work best for you to drill down in to the data you want.
