    Hi All,

I've found the root cause of the issue.

It's because of the firewall blocking in our network security.

Once we bypass the firewall, it is successfully connected with the AAD.

Now we just have to readjust the firewall policy.

Thank you all for the support.

    Hi Thank for the reply.

Is there any way I can check whether my BC server can be accessed from the AAD?

I try to to register from Azure Active Directory Application Card, and when I give consent it is successful

I got some error at first saying the reply URI of the Application is not the same as registered on BC.
But it is ok after I change the client base url.

My server is using self signed SSL, does it might also the causes?

    Thanks.

Normally when you follow the steps in the wizard, it should work.

It seems that AAD cannot connect to your BC On Prem, might there be a firewall blocking certain traffic? Are the ODATA ports open/enabled in the NST?

This issue indicates there's a problem with the configuration of the Azure registered application used by the service. The problem is typically caused by incorrect values for either the Redirect URL, Application ID, or Key fields in the application registration. A common problem deals with the redirect URLs. Make sure the Redirect URL matches the redirect URL in the Azure portal and the URL of the Web client. To fix this issue, run the Set Up Azure Active Directory assisted setup and compare the values with the app registration in Azure.
