Missing Deposits

CM Deposit Work

Deposit 0322152152AmEx for checkbook ID WFDEP has been removed.

Deposit 0322152152CASH for checkbook ID WFDEP has been removed.

Deposit 0322152152PREREST1 for checkbook ID WFDEP has been removed.

Deposit 0322152152VisaMCDisc for checkbook ID WFDEP has been removed.

These deposit are included in the checkbook balance, but are not visible in the checkbook.

These are the messages from Checklinks.

Can anyone help to retrieve them?

    Before you look at recovering anything, you should investigate why CheckLinks removed the Deposits.  The CM Deposit Work file is the CM10100 SQL table.  When posting occurs, transactions are moved from the CM10100 table to the CM20200 table (CM Transaction).  If these transactions were moved to the open table by posting, CheckLinks should have removed the remnants of these transactions from the work file.

    Please check those cash receipts are properly posted and available in CM20200 table. You can also check from Smartlist(Financial-->Bank Transactions). If these transaction are posted and available in posted table, then verify your book and bank balances.
