workflow malfunction

i am trying to move from a value to a value in a option set field by using workflow 

as the first updating step is done however the rest isn't either running nor giving an error 

any idea about it 

thanks every who responses and who didn't :)

    Can you please also provide any process session/system job log data?

    There you should be able to see where the workflow stops at.

    You should post the defeinition of your workflow (screenshot), it's impossible to help you based on the information you provided
