AX service crashes because of virtual memory

I am facing an issue :
AX service crashes once or twice a weekand i see below 2 events in the event viewer in sequence:

1) Windows successfully diagnosed a low virtual memory condition. The following programs consumed the most virtual memory: Ax32Serv.exe (1236) consumed 53949460480 bytes, MsMpEng.exe (852) consumed 170774528 bytes, and MonitoringHost.exe (2200) consumed 100933632 bytes.

2) Application popup: Windows – Out of Virtual Memory : Your system is low on virtual memory. To ensure that Windows runs properly, increase the size of your virtual memory paging file. For more information, see Help.

3) The Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server 6.3$01-xxxx service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

    Are you using the latest AX binaries/kernel version? If not, it might solve this issue. If you are, there is most likely one or more recurring processes running in AX that is allocation memory but not releasing after it has finished. If you have any customisations that run in batch, start investigating them first.
