Hi Everyone,
we have 2 AOS Servers.
In general ledger >Trail Balance
we are having opening balance with some value in AOS2 but the opening balance is zero in AOS1.
we did DB Synchronization and Restarted both the AOS Servers and the issue was fixed.
but the issue is getting repeated again.
Any solutions to permanently stop this issue from occurring again ?

Before generating Trial balances. Go to Financial Dimension Sets (General Ledger->Setup->Financial dimensions-> Financial dimension sets. Click on Rebuild/Initialize Balances and then Update balances. You can also set this as Batch process to run at time intervals.
