Dual write error while posting counting journal

We are doing our Physical Count and we are using counting journal. The counting journal have 1404 lines. The F&O environment is integrated with CE through Dual Write. When I try to post the journal I'm getting below dual write error. Do anyone faced this issue?
 
Error message:
 
Unable to write data to entity msdyn_sharedproductdetails.Writes to EcoResReleasedProductV2Entity failed with error message Request failed with status code InternalServerError and CDS error code : 0x80060888 response message: The current change set contains too many operations.     Using Dual write, there is a maximum of record per single transaction(1000) lines. You should consider splitting the journal.

    This posting is OOTB. After looking at the document is looks like OOTB doesn't support. So are you suggesting to customize this and send the transactions in small batches? I thought there may be some solution already available from MSFT. In my opinion there should be one based on parameters
