Good evening,
One of our clients wanted to schedule the update to BC20 over the week-end but they are getting this message
Any idea why and if there is anything that can be done about it?
We always scheduled updates in the past, this is the first time we are getting this message

I think Microsoft is disabled this option for all from this week. Till Last week we can able to change . Right now we cant able to modify even Sandbox Environment also
Hello,
This is "by design", as this version is already past the date where a date can be selected. If it's still required to reschedule, it will require an internal ticket with a specific reason.
Thanks.
I have never seen that message before and i scheduled several updates for my clients today.
But Microsoft only allowing a certain number of upgrades pr. day makes sense. So opening a supportcase with Microsoft around it is a good idea if you want further explanations.
Hi
We had a similar issue before. The answer was that when "update window" is full or close Microsoft does not let you to schedule an update. It is not published anywhere and no way to figure out (except that message) if windows is open or not.
If you have access to Microsoft that is your best chance to try with them.
