Need to configure email recipient as Team, not users .. a little confused

I currently have workflows in place that email individual Dynamics users. I need to change that to email a Team. I've found a few references to this which describes using the Team Queue. My question is, how does the Queue email address get synch'd by Office 365 on the Exchange Server?

I will release new version of Ultimate Workflow Toolkit the next week. In this release I included Email-related operations like send email to plain email (without lead/contact/account associated), send email to members of team, attach documents from record to email e.t.c. So you can keep an eye on this - github.com/.../releases

Hi Deb,

You would create a shared email box in O365 and then approve the queue to use that email address with server side sync.
