Management Reporter Account Missing

AX Main Account is not getting reflected in Management reporter as in the AX, the account type is "Profit and Loss" whereas the same in Management reporter it is "Total". So the management reporter is not collecting the data from from the said account. How to change the account type of that particular account from "Total" to "Profit and Loss" in Management Reporter.

    Hello Santosh T,

    Based on what you described there seems to be a sync issue between AX and the Management Reporter.

    What you can try doing is stopping and restarting the MR services to verify if this fixes the issue.

    If this does not help then your only option my be resetting the MR data mart.

    Dear Dr. Ludwig Reinhard,

    Thanks for your reply! This is issue is not solved even after resetting the MR data mart.

    It seems account type is not getting sync between AX and MR where the Source System Information Under Tools in MR, the account type is deselected and unable to select from the said screen.
