    Hi Rahul,

The solutions are not backward compatible, so unfortunately you can't downgrade a solution from 2013 to 2011. This is because new features are added to CRM with each version and the solution file contain new components that aren't expected.

There may be a workaround, but you should be careful and backup your organization in case anything goes sideways.

    • Limit your solution to only things that were available in 2011.
    • Export your solution and get the zip file
    • In root of the zip file, edit "solution.xml"
    • In the first line you'll see something like
      • <ImportExportXml version="8.0.0000.1094" SolutionPackageVersion="8.0"
      • version is the CRM version you exported the solution from, and SolutionPackageVersion has the minimum version
    • Export a solution from your 2011 org and get those values.
    • Copy those values into your 2013 solution.
    • Replace the solution.xml file in the sip with your modified file
    • Import the solution

I can't guarantee this is going to work, but it's going to be your best shot.

Hope this helps! I'd appreciate if you'd mark this as Answering your question.

    Thanks,

      Aiden

To import solution in 2011, we have to do below mentioned changes

    • Remove tags  from customization.xml [All these are new features of 2013]

     <IsValidForAdvancedFind>1</IsValidForAdvancedFind>

    <CanModifyMobileClientReadOnly>1</CanModifyMobileClientReadOnly>

    <CanModifyMobileClientVisibility>1</CanModifyMobileClientVisibility>

    <EntityRelationship Name="vm_prompt_SocialActivities">

    <FormActivationState>1</FormActivationState>

    <FormPresentation>0</FormPresentation>

    <IntroducedVersion>1.0</IntroducedVersion>

    <IntroducedVersion>5.5.0.0</IntroducedVersion>

    <IsBusinessProcessEnabled>0</IsBusinessProcessEnabled>

    <IsQuickCreateEnabled>0</IsQuickCreateEnabled>

    <IsReadOnlyInMobileClient>0</IsReadOnlyInMobileClient>

    <IsVisibleInMobileClient>0</IsVisibleInMobileClient>

    • Solution.xml

    Need to replace ‘SolutionPackageVersion="6.0" ‘ with   minimumversion="5.0"
