Hello all,

My client is using click dimensions third party tool, when cloning an email template an error has been populated stating that "The requested resource needs user authentication".

User selects Clone of email template using Internet Explorer and a pop up appears which prompts for username and password. After submitting them error is populating that "Not Authorized. HTTP Error 401. The requested resource needs user authentication "

Does anyone face same problem? Please help us how to proceed further.
