Marketing system user deactivates process forms does not go live

Hi All

We have a problem error to set marketing forms to check errors or set them live

There was a problem completing the error check. Try again.

when we check the solution health I got three problem

MissingMktConfiguration is deactivated

Missingrolestoapplicationuser is deactivated

And CheckIfProcessesAreActive one proces is deactivated

I checked these processes and actions and they where deactivated by the system user not us but the system user of microsoft

Also there are more then 20 processes or actions deactivated

Does anyone know why this had happend, or do I have to create a Miscosoft ticket
