Production route operation with multiple operation process quantity

Hi,

I have a resource that can process a quantity of 60 items in the same operation, with a process time of 85 minutes.

I have multiple works orders which all have a works order quantity of one and are scheduled to use the resource for the operation on the same day.

I wish to have the resource capacity taken for that 85 minute operation where it processes 60 works orders at the same time. And then does another batch of 60 in the next 85 minutes.

I have set the route operation to Formula = Batch. On the times tab, run time = 85, Process qty = 60, hours/time = 0.0167

On the resource run time = 85, Process qty = 60, hours/time = 0.0167.

Finite capacity is on for the resource and when scheduling.

After scheduling, I am not getting one job that lasts 85 minutes and has 60 works orders referenced. Instead I am getting multiple referenced works orders where each job lasts 0.02 hours (1 minute).

What is wrong with my setup please?
