Old School CRM people: Please Help! :-) Onprem Org import fail

I have restored my prod database to test environment -  XXXX_MSCRM is restored
 
Then I try to Import Organization in Deployment Manager and get this error:
 
Name=XXXXX, Id=6ab7d9a5-b8b6-e411-99ce-00505X8c270f) failed with Exception: System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryServicesCOMException (0x80072030): There is no such object on the server.
 
How can I get around this?
