Automating tracking emails when a new field is filled out

I wasn't sure which forum would be best for this question, but I was looking to create a flow or process that emails tracking information when the tracking number field is updated. Not sure if this is possible but if anyone has any insights I'm just trying to make this process more efficient. Thanks so much!
