Error in Budget Planning Setups

1) When trying to 'Remove' the Budget planning workflow stages: on the Budget planning workflow tab, then click 'Remove':

"Budget planning workflows cannot be deleted while dependent Budget planning process administrations exist. Delete dependent Budget planning process administrations and try again."

2) This is the warning message when trying to add or remove stages from a workflow.

"The budget planning stage cannot be updated. A budget planning process is using the following budget planning workflow: Workflow child. Remove the budget planning workflow from the budget planning process, and then try again."

 

Can someone help in resolving the above errors? Looking forward to your reply. Thanks.

    HI Rajendra,

    "The budget planning stage cannot be updated. A budget planning process is using the following budget planning workflow: Workflow child. Remove the budget planning workflow from the budget planning process, and then try again."
     
    that means the budget planning process is in process status and it should be in Draft status .when it is in Draft status it will allow to add or remove stages.
     
     
    If your budget Process state is in in process u can click on Action button and deactivate ,so it will change to draft state.
    Once it in Draft state u can try to change the stages in your budget planning configurations and it allow .
     


    Make sue you need to activate your planning process after u configurations done.
