What is the process in changing the electronic payments files (BACS) to work with NatWest in BC?

I am not sure if you are GB or US. If GB... you can use the Data Exchange Definitions and update the samples provided in CRONUS to match that of NatWest Bank. If NatWest Bank is the only bank you need setup for Bank Statement and EFT processing, I would use AMC Banking APP that comes with BC. The APP is within BC already and here is there website: www.amcbanking.com The setup is quick and easy and the 1st Bank is FREE.
If US, to create the EFT file use the Data Exchange Definition US EFT Default and modify. If you have questions, feel free to add to forum. NatWest has guides here: www.business.natwest.com/.../help-and-support.html
