Item assembly BOM not updating unit price

I have set up a new inventory item which is a parent. 

I have added the BOM components and then selected "Calc. Assembly Std. Cost" which has populated the Standard Cost correctly as $891.64.

However, when I select the "Calc. Unit Price" option, the Unit Price does not update.

    Please make sure that you have Unit Price on the Component Items
