Copy Company error after upgrade from 16.3 ->16.17

We are not able to copy Live Company in the Business Central Database.  Please note apart from Live company other test companies are getting copied successfully.

Occurrence of the Issue: - We have performed a minor upgrade activity on one of our Client’ Environments and this problem we are facing is in the Upgraded version of their database only. We have basically upgraded their 16.3 version(on-prem) of Business Central application to 16.17 version(on-prem) which is currently the latest one. This issue appeared after upgrade only & it is working fine in 16.3 version.

    Please elaborate: What happens when you try to copy the live company?

    - Do you get any errors (on screen and in event viewer)

    - Is the client hanging/is it non-responsive?

    yes the client is non responsive.

    Have you tried if the same happens if you do a Copy-NAVCompany in Powershell?
