Event Handler error when trying to schedule a post for LinkedIn and FB

I am trying to schedule social media publications in the Marketing Module, however, when I save the post for LinkedIn or Facebook I get an error window saying that it is an "event handler error". And still, the publications are shown to be scheduled in the calendar. It seems to be fin for twitter though.

What could be the issue and how do I resolve it?

    Hi,

    I can reproduce your issue. It is caused by the value of the Social media account field being cleared after the post has been saved. Facebook and LinkedIn posts require the authorization of an account to determine whether it is a post as user or company, and this error occurs when the value is cleared.

    The value of this field is also empty when you click on a post that has already been created. And when you select it again, the Social media account lists the Twitter account even if Facebook or LinkedIn is selected for the Social channel.

    It is recommended to build a ticket for MS to solve your problem.
