Creating new vendor Error is Coming

I am Trying to Create a New Vendor I am Getting the Below Error.

"Cannot create a record in Tax Information of Vendor (TaxInformationVendTable_IN).
The record already exists."

Number Sequence for vendor is Set as Manual and Synchronize the TaxinformationVendTable_IN Table.

Still It is Throwing Error.

I am Trying to Debug Call stack Shows the Form-VendTable/DataSources/Vendtable/LeaveRecord Method.

How To solve this Please Help Me.

Although I am not aware of Indian localization, but you are debugging at incorrect location.

you should focus on \Forms\VendTable\Data Sources\VendTable\Methods\write

below piece of code seems culprit

if (countryRegionIN)

{

taxInformationVendTable_IN.VendTable = vendTable.AccountNum;

taxInformationVendTable_IN.write();

}

on table taxInformationVendTable_IN the primary key is not allowing the same vendiD, in case if that exists already

I believe you are trying to create o new vendor using another existing (or deleted) VendorId. Try to create one with a different Id and see if that works.

I am Created the New Vendor With new name in address table and New Vendor Id.

But again it is throwing error.

Please tell me the Solution For this.

Hi,

Was it working before?

Try to check with continuous number sequence for vendor and see if it resolve your issue.

If this doesn't work, try to have database synch and restart your AOS. This should resolve your issue.

Pl. check this in TEST Environment and see the results.

Have you completed entire database sync (NOT only single TABLE) in TEST Environment?
