Wrong Quantity for items.

Hello,

I have many items showing wrong quantity after the 1st transaction.

i run reconcile and chec links but still the same.

what can i do to fix this issue.

    There is no 1st transaction, where i can check to be sure that there is no old transaction on any table.

    What was that 1st transaction?
