For incoming emails, regarding field is missing

Hi Guys,

I have configured email ids for receiving emails.

When I send emails from my gmail(a contact in crm), the emails are getting created properly in CRM.

The issue is, only sometimes the regarding field is populated (with the sender's contact record) and sometimes it is not populating.

What could be the issue?

    Hi,

    Did you try isolating the scenario where it is not populating the regading field? Is it happening when coming from any specifc domain/ user etc?
