displaying company name in global search results

When our users type a contact in the global search, they want to be able to see the company name listed on the search results instead of the email or phone number. I have updated the quick find and lookup views to have the company name display but it won't. It will display in the full list of results but not in the first couple of results shown.

Hi SmyttyAD,

Global search would only show the first 3 columns on Quick Find View, so you need to change the column order:

Company Name is the second column in the Quick Find view. I also have it as the second column in the Lookup view.

You could clear the cache of your browser. And then provide the screenshot of your global search result.
