Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.Client in Commerce SDK

Hello,

I have been migrating to the Commerce SDK and have run into a problem involving the CommerceRuntime and ChannelManager classes from the Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.Client package. Given that the package is not included in the Commerce SDK, is there an alternative way to get the runtime as the Test Host extension did in the Retail SDK?

Can you please explain why you need those instead of invoking a required request via context.ExecuteAsync() as shown here ?
