I have a journey where apparently my criteria failed and the customers ended up in the OTHER branch instead.
How can I export the audience members from the OTHER branch into a segment or into an excel list? Either works - I just need answers ASAP as I am on a deadline so Thank you in advance!
Also is there anyone who has experience using Attribute: Source Customer Journey in creating a segment? I figured I should have been able to use this to get a segment consisting of the audience members but it doesn't seem to work.
