Unable to got option "Customization analysis service" in LCS

Hi All,

I have exported model files from MS Dynamics AX 2012 Feature pack. 

Now login in to LCS. and create a new project.

After creating a project i unable to get option "Customization Analysis Service".

Note : Customer requirement is that they wants to know how much customization has been done in AX 2012 (Feature pack). Then they planning for upgrade in to D365FO.

Please give me more shed on this.

    Your LCS project methodology is "Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics AX". That leads to a project with limited tools. It's meant for evaluating AX2012, not handling your existing AX2012 project.

    Use methodology Sure Step Agile.

    If you don't have such methodology, please note that you need to login to LCS using an account that is associated to a Microsoft partner or customer in Partner Source / Customer Source. The "real" LCS methodologies are only available for partners and customers.

    So you might need to contact the person in your organization who administers the Partner Source / Customer Source membership.

    Yes, in Methadology I got only 1 option "Evaluate Microsoft Dynamics AX".

    I access customer system to perform the same. They login in to LCS with their credential.

    As of now what kind of access they have in LCS?

    Please give me more she'd on this

    Ok ask your customer  who deals with  customer source membership and is managing all access in LCS for proper access.
