User Assigned System Customizer Role Can't Customize Anything

Hello,

One of my users has the System Customizer role but when he goes to Settings > Customizations he just sees Developer Resources.  When I first assigned him the role he was able to customize the things I gave him access to but now (a week later) he can't do anything.  

Where should I look to give him access again?

    Have you changed business unit of that user, If yes then you have to assign him/her system customizer role again.

    If He/She has System Customizer role then please check that system customizer role has privilege to customize CRM (System Customizer role is editable), May be some one remove privileges.

    At last Make sure that user has Read-Write Access mode.
