I have several customer voice projects that I cannot share to others and cannot view who have access
(some project do work fine)
If I try to share nothing happens when pressing the share button – no error no nothing
when opening the Access page I Get this error:
When I have this error on project the same error occur for survey in that project.
If I copy the project to test environment it works fine.
Anyone know how to solve this issue? Feels like an error on the Microsoft back-end....
Hi Partner,
When you share a project, it creates a M365 Office group team in AAD and the project co-owners are added as members of the group.
If you are able to share the project in test environment , then you should definitely be able to do in the other environment too. Hope you are trying to share the project/ Survey where you are the owner.
