Detail Sales Report By SKU

Guys i having a problem with this report i am running everything works fine except it does not group the items in one line. Their are duplicate entries for the same item, e.g if i sell 10 pencils for the month the reports out puts 10 individual lines and i would like it to just say in one line 10 sold. Can someone help please.

    Hello,

    Assuming you are using Detailed Sales report, do a report as you do. If you want to group by SKUs click and drag the column heading ItemLookUpCode to the leftmost. Then on the group selection button select broup by  1 column. Then collapse the report.

    Hello,

    That worked however, i would prefer to have to have it reading one showing the total quantity sold. When i tried your solution it hides all the details when you collapse the report.

    Make sure the name or SKU is the first column and group by 1 column. It should give the total of each group. There are 2 step expanding. One is group, one is all details.
