BC Windows app - change environment

Hi all, 

We have installed and started using the BC Windows App (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central/9nblggh4ql79?activetab=pivot:overviewtab) but it seems that we cannot change the environment it lands us in. 

We sign in as soon as we open the app and it takes us to an environment but we can't switch between sandbox and production. It does not ask us to choose when we are signing in and there doesn't seem to be an option in the menu. 

Any ideas?

    Change the URL manually and type in the word sandbox in-place of production

    If you have a device with the Business Central Mobile app installed, you can paste in your browser the following string:

    ms-businesscentral://businesscentral.dynamics.com/sandbo

    the browser will then ask you to open the BC app. Click YES and you will be connected to the sandbox.

    Hi, where can we input URL? I am speaking about the windows app that you download from the Microsoft store not just accessing SaaS from the browser.
