Hi,
We using dynamics 2016 on-premise setup with IFD. When click on sign out it is going to ADFS signout screen but it doesn't come back to sign in page as user need to refresh or click on the website to get sign in page again.
How to set redirect sign in page once click on sign out.

I am not sure whether this has fixed as now i am using Dynamics 365 online. I believe latest update should have the fix.
Did you ever find a solution to this? The page Ravi linked to has nothing to do with this original request to redirect the ADFS logout screen back to the login screen.
